Jianzhen International Half Marathon is the only half marathon in China that has won the title of "IAAF Gold Label Race". The race is held in honor of Yangzhou-born Tang Dynasty (AD 618-907) monk, Jianzhen.
In 2015, the event attracted a total of 35,000 athletes from 43 countries and regions including 243 cities domestically.
