The Shaobo Lake Lobster Festival held at the Jiangdu district, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu province, Jun 2- Oct 2, is welcoming tourists to explore the taste of lobsters prepared by 24 different cooking methods.
In addition to the braised and spicy varieties, some lobsters are only steamed in water to retain their original taste, and some are cooked together with fish, crabs and snails.
