The 10th Jiangsu Horticultural Expo will be held in Yizheng, Yangzhou from Sept 28 to Oct 28, with the theme of, "Better Life in Distinctive Jiangsu." After almost one year of construction, the expo park has entered its final phase.
The expo park, covering an area of 1,800 mu (120 hectares), has three main buildings, 13 exhibition gardens of 13 cities in Jiangsu and six auxiliary facilities. [Photo by Meng Delong/VCG]
The layout of the expo park has been designed as a miniature version of Jiangsu. Rivers and lakes in the park represent main water areas such as the Yangtze River and Taihu Lake, while 13 exhibition gardens representing 13 cities in Jiangsu are set according to their geographic location.
