Situated in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, Fuchun Teahouse is a traditional teahouse with a history of more than 100 years.
Established in 1885, it is known for its trademark Fuchun baozi and its signature tea Kuilongzhu.
Dim sum served in the teahouse is still handmade using traditional methods. Filled with fresh ingredients, the pastries tantalize the taste buds of many.
In 2008, the teahouse's traditional dim sum, including Sanding baozi and Jade shaomai, were inscribed on the list of intangible cultural heritages in China, and Fuchun was officially designated a "China Famous Brand" in 2010.
