Visitors couldn't ask for a better late autumn destination than Yangzhou, which has something for everyone.
1. Visual spectacle
Yangzhou is one of the best places to travel from November to December, as the ancient city bursts into color.
Tourists will be immersed in a world of deep reds and vibrant yellows as the city's maple and ginkgo leaves quickly change hue. An exhibition at Slender West Lake featuring 40,000 pots of chrysanthemums is sure to charm even the most discerning visitors.
