A total of 32 tourist attractions in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, will offer free admission to migrant workers who stay in the city where they are working throughout the upcoming Spring Festival in an effort to help prevent against the spread of COVID-19.
The 32 tourist attractions include all four national 5A-level scenic areas in Yangzhou and many other popular winter tourist attractions, according to the Yangzhou Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism Bureau.
The policy will be in effect from Feb 11 to 27, and visitors are advised to read information released by the scenic sites in advance.
Visitors must present their Jiangsu residence permits, IDs, and green health codes before entering the sites. They are also required to wear masks and have their temperatures checked at the entrance.
