People in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, celebrated the three-day Dragon Boat Festival holiday which ended on June 5.
Most Chinese people eat or make zongzi, or sticky rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival. Also known as Duanwu Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional holiday in China. It is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar and fell on June 3 this year.
In addition, as the COVID-19 situation has improved around China, tourism began gradually picking up. Many people chose to hang around and enjoy summer views around the city.
