The eco-smart town in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, has become a popular destination among residents looking to go for a nearby outing on weekends.

The town, which is home to Jiangsu Water Sports Training Base, will roll out a series of activities like canoeing, dragon boat races, and fishing, said local authorities.
