As a land of the outdoors, it's not surprising that camping in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, is a popular pastime.
Here are some of the best campgrounds in the city's Qihe Badao (Seven Rivers and Eight Islands) scenic area.
Phoenix Island National Wetland Park
The wetland park, which features a variety of facilities for sightseeing, leisure activities and science promotion, is an ideal place for camping. Visitors can go cycling, row boats and feed the swans in the park.
Tangli Bay and Banshan homestay are also great places for camping, which are dubbed natural oxygen bars.
