Here are examples of rice paddy art, or tanbo, in Maji town, Yizheng, a county-level city in Yangzhou, East China's Jiangsu province.

These works feature Yangzhou's cultural elements such as Wuting Bridge on Slender West Lake and red crowned cranes.

Tanbo originated in Japan and is an art form in which farmers plant rice of different colors to create patterns.
