The 2023 Yangzhou International Creative Food Expo and Southeast Asian Food Festival is set to open its doors on Nov 3 at the Yangzhou International Exhibition Center. The three-day event is themed on "Great Place, Great Food, Great Creativity."

With nearly 130 exhibitors participating, including 82 international and 132 domestic companies, the expo is expected to deliver a diverse culinary experience. Customers can not only purchase products at affordable prices but also enjoy complimentary tastings.
The expo boasts a wide range of activities, and is separated into five thematic food zones to include domestic food, Yangzhou food, creative food, healthy living, and Southeast Asian food. It will integrate both online and offline experiences, collaborating with Meituan for online engagement.

The expo will also offer participants opportunities to engage with intangible cultural heritages and fetch customer coupons.
The Food Truck Carnival, featuring diverse international and domestic cuisine, runs throughout the event in the exhibition center.
Lastly, the Southeast Asian Food Savoring Week, taking place from Nov 3 to 16, will provide consumers with a spoonful of authentic Southeast Asian flavors.
