A group of nearly 50 international students from 18 countries studying at Shanghai's universities recently embarked on a study tour in Yangzhou to learn about China.

During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, Yangzhou saw a 4.3-percent year-on-year increase in tourist arrivals, welcoming around 2.4 million visitors.

As the Dragon Boat Festival approached, Renfengli Historical and Cultural Block in Yangzhou hosted a series of traditional celebrations from May 30 to 31.

Yangzhou has organized a cultural tourism extravaganza that will run from May through June.

A research camp comprising around 40 students from South Korea and China embarked on a two-day visit to Yangzhou on May 16.
