Transformed from an industrial relic, this new cultural and tourism landmark integrates industrial design with the enduring aesthetics of classic Jiangnan landscapes. This initiative represents a pioneering endeavor within Yangzhou's cultural tourism industry to revitalize the city's industrial heritage.
The about-3-hectare garden uses traditional landscape architecture techniques of Yangzhou, incorporates garden design philosophies from the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911), and showcases a beautiful fusion of Western and Eastern building styles characteristic of the period of the Republic of China (1912-49).

The Hangji town in the Yangzhou Biodiverse and Sci-Tech City is renowned as the "Toothbrush Capital of China". Given this, the garden houses a toothbrush exhibition hall, allowing visitors to explore the evolution of modern toothbrush manufacturing techniques amid the tranquil surroundings.
