As China welcomes the arrival of the Spring Festival, Zhang Zhenmei, a prominent Yangzhou paper-cutting artist, is spreading Chinese New Year blessings worldwide through her innovative paper-cutting art.

​Eight sets of traditional lanterns will illuminate Dongguan Street and the Dongmen Heritage Square in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, in early February to welcome the Year of the Dragon.
